A stroll down main street

Calvin Klein tie | Gap Jacket

Life has been pretty exhausting for me. Between juggling work and school it kind of gets a tad bit overwhelming. Every now and then, I get to sit back and enjoy my day. As much as I wish I had something amazing to share with you all: I don't. & this concludes my presentation. Thank you.

No Shave November

Shirt: Gap * Pants: Kr3w

I knew my first semester of college was going to be busy, but I never thought it was going to be this busy. My sincerest apologies for going on this long of a hiatus. I finally went out to breakfast with a friend this afternoon and got in some shooting. Although as a society, we have seem to have decided to skip Thanksgiving, I particularly enjoyed the colors of the leaves today. With the holiday season right around the corner, you can definitely say that I'm going to go a bit a-wall at the mall. Meaning, more post. Yay...

Love you in slow motion

Cardigan: H&M * Shirt: Club Monaco * Backpack: Hershal

My first semester of college just recently began at the beginning of this month. With loads of financial setbacks and loads of assignments, I'm sure it's going to be one busy year. At this point in time, I'm falling asleep. In other words... until next time!

Like a skyscraper

Tank: Insight from Urban Outfitters

For a little graduation vacation, I decided to head back to Arizona again. Unfortunately, due to unemployment and a lack of money, I could only stay for a few days. :( Either way, Arizona was pretty typical. It was hot, I almost died, and once again, my search for an amazing coffee shops was a success!

I made a stop with my friends by this joint called Cartel. This place was amazing. It was like one of those underground fight clubs... only they sold coffee. I opened this heavy, solid door to find this quaint and urban "hipsterland" I had the gunpowder green tea and occasionally took a sip of my buddy's coffee. Is it wrong of me to find that one of coolest things about the place is that they took my order on an iPad? & they texted me my receipt! Cool!

Cause you're my sunset

Cardigan: Forever 21* Shirt: H&M

It has been forever since I've been to the beach. Although, the water was too cold to swim in and the jeans I were wearing wasn't really meant for boogie boarding, I still enjoyed my afternoon. Dinner and a long chilly walk down the pier. I say: life's good.

Jason Reeves- Helium Hearts

Get it? Get it? Helium hearts. Like, heart shaped ballons? I thought it was pretty clever.

Good Friday

Jacket: H&M * Shirt: Banana Republic * Sunglasses: Urban Outfitters/Dita

Lately, mornings for me have consisted of dressing up to go to quaint little coffee shops. Friday morning I headed out to this coffee shop near my town called Milk & Honey. Mocha lattes, sunny weather, and snapping pictures. Yup. This is the good life.

And a house is not a home

Spring Break 2011 - Phoenix, Arizona

For me, Spring Break consisted of 123456 hours spent in quint little coffee shops, 7890 hours eating, and ______ hours visiting old friends. It was nice getting away from the usual Southern California traffic for a while. For those of you who don't know, I used to live in Arizona for a while. Then, I moved... Anyways, enjoy the pictures!

The hype within the beast

"Happy are those who dream dreams and are ready to pay the price to make them come true."
-Leon J. Suenes

Om, nom, and repeat

It's been a while since I've actually had something to eat that was worthwhile. I recently went to this joint in Old Town Orange that basically specializes in waffles. Gourmet waffle sandwiches. I didn't even know there was such thing. Either way, this place is called Bruxie Gourmet Waffle Sandwiches. The area is right by Chapman University, so it's nice and quaint. I got my Bruxie Burger (patty, cheese, and waffle) while my friend settled on the chicken and waffle (which should be pretty much self explanatory). In whole, if you're ever in the OC, definitely hit this place up.

Are you ready to stay up the whole night to see the morning lights?

Sunglasses by G by Guess * Henley by Merona * Necklace by Asos.com

I remember meeting this guy at the Art the Institute of California - Orange County. A conversation sparked between us about photography. Apparently, he was a professional freelance photographer who was still working towards his degree. He told me about this thing called "the hour of magic," This means, you shoot for an hour as the sun rises or sets and you basically receive an amazing outcome of photos. This morning, I guess I attempted to do so. The result?

I think you're funny when you tell the punchline wrong

Hat: Vans * Cardigan: INC International Concepts * V-Neck: Urban Outfitters, BDG

I'm not going to lie and say that I have the most exciting life out of all lives. I go to school, go eat, go sleep, and repeat my schedule. However, on the weekends, I really do find my down time with my friends "exciting" if you may. "Exciting" for me means walking around the mall with good company and a nice cup of peppermint mocha. Which btw, I could still get at the Starbucks I went to. So I guess what I am trying to rant on about this time is, "That might sound boring, but I think the boring stuff is the stuff I remember the most."
